Dorset House Barn Renovation

ICE Facilities Management are particularly proud of this exceptional transformation project, the renovation of a barn within a National Park.

We carried out sympathetic upgrading of lighting and insulating of ceilings to ensure the overall appearance of the barn remained the same.

Insulation was by way of over boarding the ceilings with insulated plasterboard which was then skimmed to create a smooth finish.

New hardwearing flooring was laid throughout on a plywood base.

The LED lighting supplied by Commercial Lighting Systems included programmable colour changing fittings and spotlighting to support the venue during weddings and other functions.

Internal cupboards were built and altered to create more space.

Existing wiring and pipework were removed and replaced to hide them within the fabric of the building.

The barn was then decorated to complete the stunning transformation
