1930s Pavilion Refurbishment

We were commissioned by Portsmouth City Council and The Hive to carry out a full refurbishment of a 1930s former pavilion.

The works entailed a complete rewire, new windows and security bars, new heating, alarms, CCV, air conditioning, kitchen, WC, decorations, exterior cladding, accessible ramp and flooring.

We project managed the works from start to finish and the new building is set to be a charity run ‘Cosham Larder’ providing food for the local area.
